Guiding Life’s Final Chapter with Intention
Walking beside you through life’s final transition.
Why End with Intention
Death changes everything—and yet, no one teaches us how to talk about it.
At Ending With Intention, I create space for honest, gentle conversations about death, dying, and the human experience surrounding it. Whether you’re facing the end of life yourself, caring for someone you love, or simply feeling called to understand what it all means, you’re welcome here.
This is the time to slow down, ask the questions you’ve been holding, and move through this season with dignity, clarity, and intention.
What is a Death Doula?
A death doula — also called an end-of-life doula — is a trained, non-medical professional who supports individuals and families through the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of dying.
Think of me as a knowledgeable, compassionate guide who walks beside you during one of life’s most profound transitions — helping you find peace, clarity, and meaning when it matters most.
I am not a doctor. I am not a grief counselor. I am not a funeral director. I am the person who sits with you, listens deeply, and helps you and your family move through this season with dignity, love, and intention.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
If you or someone you love is facing a life-limiting illness, navigating caregiving, or approaching the end of life, you deserve steady, compassionate support.
I walk alongside individuals and families with presence, clarity, and care — helping create space for meaningful conversations, legacy reflection, and peaceful transition.
This is a space for honesty, tenderness, and dignity.
Services
How I Support You
End-of-Life Doula Support
I am your peace in the midst of the storm, walking beside you and your loved ones at the end of life. I support the one transitioning and the family, offering calm presence, gentle guidance, and steady support through every moment.
End-of Life Planning Services
Through a guided process, your wishes are thoughtfully documented into a clear plan your loved ones can follow with confidence, replacing uncertainty and stress with clarity, peace, and direction. This is not about death; it is about living with intention… all the way through.
Death Cafés & Community Conversations
I create safe spaces where we can talk honestly about death, legacy, and the human experience without fear or judgment. These community spaces normalized the conversations about death and intentionally planning for it.
Facilitated Educational Workshops
I facilitate workshops where conversations about death are no longer avoided but gently welcomed. Through guided education and reflection, we explore our relationship with mortality, bringing awareness, clarity, and intention to how we prepare. Because when we understand death as part of life, we gain the power to plan it with peace.
